What we do

We set the scope of an engagement once we have seen the import data. The items below can be taken separately or together.

01EPR coverage and KF classificationClassifying the product range and its packaging under circular product codes, and establishing the fee base.
02OKIR and MOHU registrationRegistration with the waste management authority and on the MOHU Partner Portal, with powers of attorney settled.
03Quarterly EPR reportingCompiling and filing the data via the OKIR gateway, by the 20th of the month following the quarter.
04Checking the EPR fee invoiceReconciling the MOHU invoice against the filed data and initiating correction within the open window where it differs.
05PPWR readinessChecking packaging compliance for imported goods and whether the manufacturer's technical documentation is available.
06CBAM scope reviewReviewing import data line by line, classifying at CN code level and calculating the 50-tonne threshold.
07CBAM authorisation procedurePreparing and filing the authorised declarant application with NKVH, and handling requests for further information.
08Supplier emissions data collectionApproaching production installations with the Commission template, checking what comes back and chasing gaps.
09Annual CBAM declarationCompiling and filing the declaration in the CBAM Registry by 30 September following the reporting year.
10Certificate planning and coverageForecasting the certificate volume needed, scheduling purchases and tracking quarterly coverage.
11EUDR scope and supplier mappingIdentifying the products caught and mapping the supply chain back to the plot of land.
12Geolocation data collectionRequesting and format-checking plot coordinates, as polygon or point, with validation of what arrives.
13Risk assessment and mitigationCarrying out due diligence based on the country benchmark, with documented mitigation measures where needed.
14DDS filing and reference handlingFiling the due diligence statement in TRACES NT and passing the reference number to customs clearance.
15Inspection readinessOrganising documentation in a retrievable form, for an authority inspection or a later review.

We do not provide legal representation or tax opinions. Where those are needed we say so, and work alongside the client's lawyer or tax adviser. We handle the operational filings under a power of attorney; statutory responsibility stays with the obliged party.

Process

How we start

Four steps, and you pay nothing for the first.

00

Scope Check

We review your CN codes and tell you which regulations apply. Free of charge.

01

Health Check

We examine your existing data and processes, and set out where the gaps are.

02

Setup

Authorisations, registrations, supplier data collection, building the data structure.

03

Ongoing compliance

Filings and declarations on time, with documented backing in case of an inspection.

Start with the scope

Tell us which product groups you import and roughly in what volume. We will come back on which reports reach you and what the next step is.
